When I walked into this galerie, I admired it immediately. Decorated with colorful mosaic floor signatured by G. Facchina, an artist Italian mosaic of 19th Century. When you are inside the building, you will see instantly the ceiling glass rotunda and cupola and the rest of the aisle. Many chic boutiques, galleries, cafes and restaurant decorated with engrave beautifully in wood and glass. Jean-Paul Gautier opened his first boutique here. Alexis Mabille, Wolff & Descourtis, Yuki Torii, etc high-end fashion designers has boutique here.
There is also Les Caves Legrand Filles et Fils, The best wine shop in Paris founded since 1880.
After walk around the galerie, I decided to sit down at a café A Priori Thé, a pattiserie chic cafe. I was interested to have a glass of tea Lea Latté Chai Malgache rich of cinamon, cloves and star anisse (taste like teh tarik for me). Not too forget a small piece of marble brownies.
The photos below taken where I was sitting in front the café.
Galerie Vivienne has 176 metres long and 3 metres wide, located between The Palais Royal, Paris Stock Exchange and Grands Boulevards. The galerie has 3 entrances from the rue des petites-champs, rue de la Banque and rue Vivienne. If you want to be alone sometimes and quietely, this place is another best place to get lost in Paris.
